Using Attune

By accessing the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Attune is currently an experimental interactive artwork presented by Huebot and provided for personal, non-commercial exploration. No account or purchase is required.

Camera, sound and accessibility

Music is part of the intended experience and can be muted. Camera interaction is optional. Attune asks for camera permission only after you select Camera, and the base artwork continues if permission is declined or unavailable. Camera handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for browser, device, network and volume settings, and for using the experience in a setting appropriate for moving images and sound. Stop using the website if it causes discomfort.

Permitted use

You may view and interact with Attune for lawful personal purposes. You may also share links to Attune and reasonable screenshots or short screen recordings on personal, non-commercial social media, provided you credit Attune by Huebot, do not remove a copyright notice, and do not present the material as your own work.

This limited permission does not allow you to upload a complete experience, video or music track; distribute source or media files; or use Attune material in paid, sponsored or monetised content. It may be withdrawn if the use misrepresents Attune, harms the work or infringes another person's rights.

No commercial reuse

Unless Huebot gives prior written permission, you must not copy, extract, reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, sell, license, publicly perform or commercially exploit any Attune experience, music, sound recording, video, image, animation, interaction design, software or text. This includes use in advertising, sponsored campaigns, client work, products, installations, events, applications, datasets, machine-learning or generative AI training, and other revenue-generating activity.

You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected media, bypass technical protections, or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of another person.

Creative rights

Attune's music is original music created for these experiences. Unless an individual credit states otherwise, copyright and all other rights in the musical compositions, arrangements and sound recordings are reserved by Huebot Pty Ltd and any named creator or applicable rights holder. No permission is granted to sample, synchronise, remix, perform, distribute or reuse the music outside the limited social-sharing permission above.

Unless stated otherwise, copyright in the website, experience design, software, text, video, images, animation and other creative material is owned by Huebot Pty Ltd or used under licence from the relevant rights holder. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Availability and changes

Interactive media depends on browser capabilities, hardware acceleration, permissions and network conditions. Features may be unavailable or behave differently across devices. The operator may update, suspend or remove preview experiences, while taking reasonable care not to misrepresent what the website provides.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability can lawfully be limited, the operator limits it only to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided as an experimental experience without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device. The operator is not responsible for loss caused by matters outside reasonable control, but this does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under law.

Links and services

The website may rely on third-party hosting, media delivery, browser APIs and linked websites. Third parties are responsible for their own services, terms and privacy practices.

Governing law and contact
